I upgraded from RC5 (working fine) to RC7.

Firstly when I start the service there is NO entry the dovecot.info. Normally it would indicate

Between RC5 and RC7 the dovecot.conf made some changes. After emerge it does not indicate that dovecot.conf needs updating.

Because of the first issue, I cannot login. I normally test with plaintext.

Please, don't restrict bugs without any reason. Just leave those checkboxes alone.

dovecot configuration has moved from /etc to /etc/dovecot - you may have to change your config for this.

If you still have this error, attach your dovecot.conf file
