I have KDE compiled with USE="-arts" and aRts is not installed at all. Most KDE applications build fine as long as they're configured with --without-arts, but the Reinhardt Style fails to build, even though --without-arts is passed to configure.

Steps to reproduce:
1. install KDE without arts
2. emerge reinhardtstyle

Expected result:
reinhardt style is installed

Result:

[cut]

checking for KDE paths... defaults
checking for dcopidl... /usr/kde/3.5/bin/dcopidl
checking for dcopidl2cpp... /usr/kde/3.5/bin/dcopidl2cpp
checking for mcopidl... not found
configure: error: The important program mcopidl was not found!
Please check whether you installed aRts correctly.
