dev-util/xmingw-binutils should be at 2.17.50
-gcc at 3.4.5
-runtime at 3.10
-w32api at 3.7

Please update the ebuilds.

xming has been integrated into toolchain and the xmingw packages are being killed

`emerge crossdev && crossdev mingw32`
