This is a request for a version bump for PovRay to version 3.9.0.

I couln`t find povray-3.9....where it can be download????
only think I found on web is that. is PoseRay same as povray???

Sorry, this was my mistake.  I misread PoseRay  for PovRay.  Sorry.
