Hi, 
I set up a new french mirror. It's a full mirror, running on ftp mode.
ftp://gentoo.imj.fr/pub/gentoo
It authorize 30 simultaneous clients.
At present, my mirror sync with ftp.ussg.iu.edu::gentoo-distfiles every four hours, as it's said in the official documentation.
You can add it to the Gentoo Mirror List.

I ran a check and so far your server seems okay :

Hi, 

It's 2Ghz CPU, with 1Go of RAM and a 100mbits connection.
