Want to be write some patches for x86 & amd64 existing ebuilds.

You need a mentor to become a developer and the mentor needs to file your new-dev bug. I'd suggest contacting the x86 and amd64 team and ask how you can help them.

Starting as an arch tester is usually recommended but the arch team members can tell you more about how they want to handle it.

I'm marking this bug invalid as it doesn't follow our requirements for new-dev bugs. If you can find a mentor I'll be happy to see you follow the normal new-dev process.
