Description Volker Hemmann 2003-01-22 20:44:19 UTC
Hi,

Hardware:
Athlon XP 2000
Elitegroup K7S5A
512mb DDR
Nvidia GeForce 4mx 440

Some packages:

KDE is 3.1rc6
QT is 3.1.0-r1
glibc is 2.3.1-r3
gcc is 3.2.1-r7
XFREE is 4.2.99.3-r2
imlib is 1.9.14-r1

CXXFLAGS are -march=athlon-xp -O3 -pipe -mmmx -m3dnow -msse -mfpmath=sse
-fomit-frame-pointer -funroll-loops

This crash happens when I scroll through the pictures, jpeg or gif format, in a given directory.
If there is more than one picture in the directory, kuickshow will fail with an Sig 11 , when it
opens the first or last picture in the directory.

If I open the first or last picture directly by a middle-mouse-button-click on it, everything is fine,
but scrolling means instant death.

Opening a picture with kuickshow from a konsole or xterm gives the the same result.

is this stil a bug in 3.1 final?
Comment 2 Volker Hemmann 2003-02-01 21:07:23 UTC
no, kde 3.1 with kdelibs/kdebase 3.1 and 3.1-r1 is ok
Comment 3 Hannes Mehnert (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-02-02 09:38:43 UTC
is fixed in 3.1 :)
