What is the MD5 of the ISO you're using? Also, don't paste large amounts of data directly into the file. That's what attachments are for. Could you *attach* the /tmp/compile_output.log and the whole /var/log/installer.log?

md5sum: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e (obtained doing md5sum /mnt/cdrom/livecd)
sorry I didn't save the logs but I am going for a retry with the same packages...we'll see from there.
regards,
danny

Install seems to hang on python packages grp from the live cd.
This time I opted for ext3 filesystem (in stead of reiserfs earlier)
installprofile and install log attached higher.
Tried installing from the livecd.

Danny

First, why the fsck would you paste plain text into a word document and then attach it as plain text? Second, that's not the proper way to get an MD5 of a CD. Third, you don't appear to be using gli-0.4.x, which means you're using an older ISO.
