chmlib-0.38 has gone stable, but during the next emerge world, it wants to downgrade to 0.37.4, because of false dependency from kchmviewer-2.5. Next emerge and vice versa.

I can confirm that kchmviewer-2.5 works with chmlib-0.38. In the attached ebuild I've therefore changed the dependency to >=app-doc/chmlib-0.37.4.
