Description Veronica Diaz 2006-08-11 06:48:54 UTC
Hi i'm new with gentoo and kororaa. I'm using kororaa because i want to have "XGL in my pc, but i have a problem when i type this: emerge --update --deep --newuse world and the result is this:
Calculating world dependencies |
!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy ">=app-admin/eselect-compiler-2.0.0_rc1" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- app-admin/eselect-compiler-2.0.0_rc1-r6 (masked by: ~amd64 keyword)
- app-admin/eselect-compiler-2.0.0_rc2 (masked by: ~amd64 keyword)
- app-admin/eselect-compiler-2.0.0_rc2-r1 (masked by: ~amd64 keyword)

For more information, see MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge man page or
section 2.2 "Software Availability" in the Gentoo Handbook.
!!! (dependency required by "sys-devel/gcc-config-2.0.0_rc1" [ebuild])

!!! Problem with ebuild kde-base/quanta-3.5.4
!!! Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem.

!!! Depgraph creation failed.
I don't undertstand very much what does it mean, i just know that i want to use packages that are not available for my system.
I have an AMD64 3000 Mhz, 1G of ram, nvidia geforce 6200 256Mb agp.
Thanks in advance.
Sorry for my english. :S
