Description Linus van Geuns 2006-08-10 06:19:10 UTC
I'm trying to start the monodoc browser, but it crashes the moment a windows is drawn.

Started from the command line:
$ monodoc
which: no mozilla in (/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/3.4.6:/opt/ghc/bin:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/bin:/opt/blackdown-jdk-1.4.2.03/jre/bin:/usr/qt/3/bin:/usr/games/bin)

I've got no mozilla oder seamonkey installed, just firefox. But `equery depends mono-tools | greo mozilla` is empty.

Have you tried with an updated system?:
emerge -avuDN world
emerge monodoc

Good luck!
Comment 3 Saleem Abdulrasool (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-12-09 18:56:56 UTC
The browser dependency comes from USE="X". That brings in mono-tools, which has the dependency. I am unable to reproduce this, I am going to mark as WORKSFORME, and if you are able to reproduce it, just reopen the bug. (Also please provide the versions of mono-tools and monodoc).
