same error with openntpd-3.7_p1
Comment 2 Chris Smith 2006-08-11 06:34:45 UTC
And it doesn't appear as if the ebuilds have changed to cause this - maybe an eclass problem.
Comment 3 Thilo Bangert (RETIRED) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-08-11 10:11:41 UTC
hhm, i can emerge openntpd just fine.

what is your portage version?

i'll have a look at the eutils eclass...
Comment 4 Chris Smith 2006-08-11 10:31:40 UTC
I have multiple systems, and they all fail to install openntpd, they are all currently running sys-apps/portage-2.1.1_pre4-r4.
Comment 5 Thilo Bangert (RETIRED) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-08-11 10:44:19 UTC
i just synced my tree and now openntpd failed as reported...
so it's probably one of the recent eutils eclass changes.

i added a fix to the 3.7 and 3.9 versions of the ebuild - please test
(the fix should appear in the tree within the next half hour)

thanks
Comment 6 Stefan Kienzl 2006-08-11 14:12:18 UTC
works now with 3.7
