 	    - Rename EMPTY_IS_BAD -> TEST_FOR_EMPTY.
 	      Sorry for that: eix-0.6.2 was not yet intended to be released.
 	      (The release happened only by a misunderstanding).
 	    - Do no install test-programs.
 	    - Introduce PRINT_COUNT_ALWAYS.
 	    - Introduce TEST_FOR_NONEXISTENT, NONEXISTENT_IF_MASKED.
 	    - Introduce TEST_FOR_REDUNDANCY.
