When I do "emerge --newuse --update --deep --tree --verbose world" I get a lot of package to recompile, but without any reason.
exemple :
root@efflam:~ # emerge --newuse --update --tree world
>>> --tree implies --pretend... adding --pretend to options.

That's because the use flags are gone from those perl ebuilds (so, they have changed). Not a bug.
