Please add the variable jiffies patch to the lolo sources... Please... :)

I've patched the 2.4.20-r1 source with the patch from Con Kolivas's site, and it
seems to work just fine.

actually just dropping the vt patch that is also from Con turns it back on... vt
+ vh is bad... thats why it is setup the way it is... probably making that the
default in next sources...
