Hi,

There you have two howtos translated in french, env.d  and prelink :

It has been readed by the people of our chan #frgentoo . 

Can't we have a cvs access to directly commit updates or add new translations?

the links seem to be broken to me, and it would be better to attach the files
on this bug.

and, i guarantee you would get a cvs access if the documentation developers 
think you need one. However, because of the security problems on the cvs, we
would not be able to give out cvs accesses.

there seem to be UTF-8 encoding bugs.

Run 'xmllint' on those two docs

prelink-howto.xml -> check line 14
env.d-howto.xml -> check line 15

if you have a problem writing UTF-8 encoded docs, you can try 'iconv'.

Hi Seo,

I checked the files with xmllint and modified them with iconv as you tell me,
and I added two new translations : printing-howto and vi-guide.

The correct files are : 

 - env.d : attachment n
