I tried VLC 0.8.4 (Janus) compiled with 'aac' and 'flac' USE flags, but they won't play http://www.di.fm/aacplus/trance.pls

In Ubuntu 6.06 LTS and some older Ubuntu distros they play fine, also with the same VLC version.

VLC plays the stream but it does a lot of weird and crappy noise, instead of stream the real music.

The problem is fixed in 0.8.5-r2 and later, please update to that.
