kde-base/kdesdk-3.5.4 ebuild is missing in portage which causes emerge wanting to downgrade kdelibs to 3.5.3.

Same issue for me;

pantagruel jkiely # emerge -uDNtp world

These are the packages that would be merged, in reverse order:

kdesdk 3.5.4 works for me (revbumbed into local overlay). Using cervisia, kompare, and kcachegrind daily.

Ok to revbump in portage, considering all other packages are at 3.5.4 ?
