Using 1.1 iso, install will fail, due to lack of /proc a a later stage. /proc
needs to be mounted before codelisting 4.1, or later mounts of /proc will be
useless.

Warning: To avoid problems with cardmgr, you must run it before you enter the
chroot portion of the install.

I am assuming that this warning already takes care of this..
