Although, its more an upstream issue, I'd like to express the need for an standalone nas client library here. Maybe some more folks are interested in it, and we could work on it together.

The package nas-client-lib should only contain the client library, needed to build nas-accessing packags (ie. mpd). It should provide an autoconf-style configuration  and build workflow (including installation pathes/relocation) with pkg-config descriptor. No executables or scripts or other stuff not needed for building nas clients.
