Not a QA issue, everything not in kde-base should install in /usr:


[12:48] <Flameeyes> ${libdir}/kde3 is used for modules, not for normal libraries
[12:48] <Flameeyes> that are *not* supposed to go in ${libdir} in the first place
[12:48] <Flameeyes> and about installing in /usr rather than ${KDEDIR}, that is something wanted
[12:48] <Flameeyes> it's wrong if there's the other way around, stuff installing in ${KDEDIR}
[12:49] <Flameeyes> but there are a few apps that actually require that and needs to be fixed heavily often
[12:49] <Flameeyes> amarok 1.3 installed in ${KDEDIR}, 1.4 installs correctly in /usr
