Quanta pulls in unnecessary dependencies: kde-base/kfilereplace, kde-base/kimagemapeditor, kde-base/klinkstatus, kde-base/kxsldbg. While Quanta shows a blurb letting the user know that it expects these application to be installed it is not strictly a requirement. No functionality is lost and no crashes exhibited. Tested on local overlay.

I've removed those RDEPENDs and added a post-install message instead. Fixed in CVS.
