I tried to emerge sane-backends in the /etc/make.conf file there's:

There is no such backend. The backend you're maybe looking for is called "mustek_usb". How did you get the idea it ought to be sane-mustek_usb?

U're right. Now it's solved :)
I think I was a cut&paste prooblem :P
