I made a patch for the libpcre ebuild to honor the 'unicode' USE flag. I'll attach the patch.

Fixed in version 7, thanks for the patch.

Would it be possible to apply this patch to 6.6 please? 7.0 is keyworded only ~x86, so Unicode character properties isn't available to x86 or amd64 yet.
