Bug 141791 – xulrunner-1.8.0.4 bump, new java handling, versioning the libs, updated debian patches and so on

I'll upload an updated ebuild for xulrunner-1.8.0.4 and a tarball of patches around it.
The debian patches were updated, most notably to not link to pangocairo - bug #141344
versioning all the public libraries and changing them to shared - work of mike homey, some changes though in the versioning patch, as gentoo already versions nss, nspr.
the ebuilds are using the new java-system and only conditionally depend on java.
if there are question about the patches or the ebuilds, feel free to ask.
some of the work on this was also done by Walter Meinl.

any reason you dropped the amd64 keyword?

well because I have tested it only on x86 I suppose :)
there are no arch specific pathes added so it should be ok.
