Description Mark 2006-07-25 21:38:05 UTC
After compiling the latest Firefox client (1.5.0.4) on my PPC system, I am unable to successfully launch it. The following error is displayed:

No running windows found
/usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/firefox-bin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/components/libxpconnect.so: undefined symbol: XPTI_GetInterfaceInfoManager

I previously had Firefox 1.0.7 installed and working. I tried doing an unmerge, then a re-compile and it did not help. I also removed ~/.mozilla which did not help either.

Can you try running revdep-rebuild on your system?
