Latest app-dicts/ispell-pt in portage is almost 2 years old. Please add version 20060725. You can get it here: http://natura.di.uminho.pt/download/sources/Dictionaries/ispell/
Do they build and work? The snapshots have been utterly last time we tried, so they were removed.
