When emerging wireshark with the use-flag ssl set (without gnutls installed), the configure will produce a warning that ssl support has been disabled as no libgnutls was found.

it was a build time dependency due to the fix put in for bug 141021. As bug 144946 will fix this I'm not going to backfix 0.99.2
