Description mtthsme 2006-07-25 10:22:10 UTC
Version bump for qt4-qtruby to v1.4.6.

On my system the smoke component does not compile against qt-4.2.0-tp1 (with qt3 support disabled).

yeah, seems to fail for me too with qt-4.2*

I haven't had a chance to try it against qt-4.1.4. Have you had any luck there?

Sorry, no, i did not try qt-4.1.4. I recently reinstalled my system and installed qt-4.2.0-tp1 right away (after editing the ebuid to provide -no-qt3support). I also thought, that qt4-qtruby was released specifically to support qt-4.2.0-tp1, which it probably does, but it seems to have maybe this bug.

With me the error is something about a symbol (QGraphics), sorry, don't have the log here. I have tried it 2 times, always the same error.

My system specs: gcc-4.1.1, binutils-2.17.50.0.3, a glibc with hashstyle- support.

If necessary, i can provide a log.

I got this guy working now, so it's been bumped in portage.
