Hans has an awesome xemacs overlay at http://moving-innovations.com/svn/xemacs/ we'd love to integrate into portage. XEmacs in Gentoo seriously lacks human resources. Hans has been a prolific contributor to gentoo bugzilla xemacs bugs. We'd love to have Hans join the project, so for the above reasons, I'm starting Hans on the New Developer process. I will be his mentor. I've already sent him the URL to the Quiz and other developer documentation.
Just a quick note to mention that I've sent my ebuild quiz to the recruiters on August 5th.
My end quiz was approved by Matt with one correction on August 25th, and today I've sent it on the recruiters.
It has been more than a month since the bug was filed. Currently, Hans has sent his ebuild quiz and also his end quiz in. I reviewed both before he sent them.

I'll pick this one up, however, as the quizzes went in before I became a recruiter it'd be great if you could forward them on to me directly; or re-send them to recruiters@ and I'll try to get this out of the way over the coming week. Thanks

I don't think I've come across Q&A session in previous new developer processes. What's that exactly?
Basically I chatted with phreak on IRC about the answers on my quizes, with some background and extra questions and gotcha's that I had to work out. Whether or not it's part of the normal recruitment process I don't know.
