Perhaps this should be closed RESOLVED, UPSTREAM?
So far in looking at this, it seems that the I/O redirection for cout only works sometimes. With the original code, sometimes all tests pass, sometimes none, and sometimes a few of that group of four that fail.
It appears that this is supposed to already be fixed in CVS: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-dejagnu/2005-11/msg00002.html I will try an earlier CVS checkout than before and see if I can find one where the tests pass.
any luck ?
Actually, I am not seeing this issue anymore for unknown reason. It was probably a problem related to the toolchain I was using.
