When I tried to emerge svgalib-1.9.17-r1, I got the following error:
>>> emerge (1 of 1) media-libs/svgalib-1.9.17-r1 to /
/usr/sbin/ebuild.sh: line 132: pkg_po: command not found

I investigated further and found that many of the ebuilds for previous versions
of svgalib had a section for pkg_postinst(). From what I can tell, "pkg_po" was
intended to be the beginning of the pkg_postinst() section.
