konqueror asks sometimes for accepting a uncertain SSL certificate or not.
It asks for "only this session" or "always accept".
Also if I choose "always" I am asked every time again.
The same for example for akregator reading SSL RSS-feeds.

You need to take this up with the KDE devs at bugs.kde.org.  We don't develop Konqueror, we just distribute it.
