As I try to update bash from 3.0-r12 to 3.1_p16, I get a segfault as configure process has finished:

# emerge bash

Looks like your issue is with bison. What version are you using, and try upgrading it...

That's right. I'm sorry for posting this useless bug... I've fixed it reemerging bison. Actually something went wrong on that system.
