Bug 14098 – Ebuild to khacc

New ebuild to khacc, a accounting program. There are a another ebuild to qhacc 
(bug #7146). The khacc is a port of qhacc to kde.

Please attach an ebuild for portage inclusion.

ebuild for khacc 1.7

This ebuild is for khacc 1.7. You cannot build it however because qhacc 2.9
does not build, at least not for me. I based this ebuild on one I have for
khacc 1.4.1 which worked, so it should do the job. BTW, I set the arch to
"~x86" since I only have x86.

Now in portage (as 1.7.2).  Thanks for the ebuild.
