Huh? You re-emerged what? There's no xlib ebuild in portage, and whatever modular ebuild blocks Xorg 6.8.2. Doesn't make sense.

Well, you can't re-emerge libX11 w/ xorg-x11-6.8.2 because you will only get collisions and breakage. I really fail to see what are you trying to do here, please either run monolithic X or migrate properly.

Open a new bug if you still have problems once your Xorg is in a sane state.

i switched back to monolitic Xorg
but i had this bug before migrating and i still have it

As said, your X is not in a sane state. You *cannot* emerge libX11 over monolithic X and expect things to work. It's not compatible at all.

yes but after trying to go to modular X i switched back to monolitic X
