*new ebuild for phpPgAdmin web-based postgresql admin interface

*phpPgAdmin is analogous to phpMyAdmin, to those familiar with that 

*this ebuild version depends on a php web server (but lists apache-1.3.0 as
dependence--should it? phpmysql does!!), 
>=postgresql-6.5, 
>=php-3.0

*should go in dev-db/phpPgAdmin/

phpPgAdmin-2.4.1.ebuild: this one has been tested and works; the first upload does not.

DO NOT add the first upload to cvs, add the updated one.

finally, the most correct version. install docs correctly. replaces previous submissions

please use this latest ebuild. It correctly installs documentation using dodoc
AND putting documentation into place in the web directory as well

Appears to be already in portage...
