Err, it's not. It has the same keywords as gnome-panel. emerge --sync again.
hmm... that doesn't work. i tried to 'emerge --sync' then i looked at different >=libwnck ebuilds and found that =libwnck-2.14.2 is unmasked for x86, but emerge countinues to say that it is masked. then i tried to --regen and --metadata. nothing've helped. if i unmask this package through /etc/portage/package.keywords all works fine. what can it be? i think that it can be an emerge bug.
Have you got the portage-xgl overlay? The version of libwnck-2.14.2 in there is keyworded.
