Tested rxvt on alpha with the following USE flags:

USE="motif -cjk -linuxkeys -xgetdefault"

Both transparent backgrounds and standard backgrounds seem to work fine.  rclock also seems to work fine.

amd64 marked stable, mips already had it stable, so i remove it, but you forgot to CC sparc, so i add them :)
