Translated handbook/hb-install-system.xml. P.S. Other existing translations aren't updated, they'll be updated all at once, when most parts of the handbook will be translated. That'll be better, because their english versions are updated time to time, and before most parts will be translated, it's a bit useless to update them. I think you'll understand that, thanks. If those should be updated now, just let me know, and I'll update them once an updated english version is released.
