I have set up a rsync mirror following the rsync mirror guide. It's syncing against rsync.de.gentoo.org every 30 minutes and seems to be working fine. Hardware is an Opteron 146 with 1GB RAM and 2x160GB SATA disks, internet connection is 100mbit/sec. Server address is 85.214.44.231.

Admin will be myself, concurrent users is set to 15 right now, but I could need some advise on what this hardware can handle / what kind of system load I have to expect...

As far as I'm concerned, your hardware looks good enough for 15 users.
