As his mentor, you will then have to validate his staff quiz before your pass it on to our recruiters.

Naoaki, sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I checked out the quiz and it's all fine. What is left is a) a GPG key for you. See http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gnupg-user.xml for how to create one. b) It would best if we could meet on IRC for an hour or so to get you set up. I'm in Europe, so 0800-1000,1100-2300 UTC works best for me. Please tell me what works best for you.

Yes, I saw that. Actually you sent the key itself instead of the ID, but you can just tell me that when I'm setting you up... Speaking of, you still have to tell me a date/time that works for you :)
