Please mark 2.6.14-r7 as stable.  There's a couple reasons -- one, its the only 2.6.14 gentoo kernel in the tree right now, and two, I like it. :)

Also, please don't remove it anytime too soon if you don't need to - I've been using it quite a lot, and I've had minor problems with anything over >.14.

there have been some security bugs been solved in kernel versions after 2.6.14. have all those been backportet? else I don't see a reason why I should mark 2.6.14-r7 stable on ppc64. wouldn't it be better to solve the 'minor problems' you have had with later kernel versions?

I talked to Daniel about it, and lo and behold, I got my #s wrong.  It's .16 that I'm uber-dependent on.
