I'm trying to add myself to the CC field of
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93908
but it fails with an error:

"You tried to change the OS field from other to Other, but only the assignee or reporter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered user may change that field."

I don't touch any field besides CC, but the error appears anyway.
