A patch for making it work.

I just added a revision bump that is using the generation 2 build setup and made the ebuild force 1.4 so now it at least builds with 1.5 as the system vm. Patching will of course be the better solution in the long run. Will try to get back to that later.
Or we could bump it because according to homepage it now supports jaxp 1.3. But there's no new standalone version, it's been integrated to gnu-classpath. I would best see this package go.
