Closing this bug since Tomcat is not masked any more. 5.0.28 should fine for use again with Netbeans 4.0. Which has been masked due to issues with Tomcat. I will look into remove the Netbeans 4.0-r2 mask. There is presently no maintainer for Netbeans. I have been working with a few on some newer Netbeans ebuilds. Currently 5.5 rc1 in the java-migration-packages overlay. It works and I have been using it for development, but is still using allot of bundled stuff.
