Updating doxygen from 1.4.6 to 1.4.7, I get this:

cd /usr/portage/app-doc/doxygen
ebuild doxygen-1.4.7.ebuild manifest

fixed the problem for me.

I d have put critical severity if I was author of bug.

Fixed by jokey (sorry, I blame teenage stress...)
