pleez test, works well for me :) thanks
forgot arches, again.
During configure this pops up: checking if ogle >= 0.9.2 is installed... yes *** NOTE: You are trying to install okle in another directory than other KDE apps. *** If okle looks strange on execution (e.g. not all icons/menus are there) *** please set your KDEDIRS variable so that it contains the path where you *** installed okle. Or run ./configure with --prefix=/path/to/kde/base/dir configure: creating ./config.status Other than that it's working fine on amd64...
1) emerges fine 2) tested with ogle-0.9.2-r1 under KDE Plays DVD (region 2) well, bookmarking works, menus and control elements all available and working. Recommending not to mark stable on amd64. During testing, when there is no cd in the drive, okle will begin to loop indefinitely, eating processor: %CPU %MEM 89 3.7 0:35.87 okle_gui Please re-add amd64 when the issues with this program are resolved. An error message or some kind of notification would be nice, but simply looping up is not an acceptable error response to consider this for the stable branch.
it works fine on x86; and didn't have a looping bug without a dvd in the tray...not sure why amd64 had that. ^.^;;
ppc stable
What about amd64? Works fine for me.
*** Bug 157921 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Okay, it still hangs on amd64 when there is no cd. But does it really work fine on x86? I don't see how such issue could be related to 32-bit/64-bit arch. About the test in comment #5: to trigger the bug you have to try to open the disc (file -> open ...). If it was done then nothing changes. But if the bug exists on x86 too the issue should be reconsidered.
