New ebuild for cdp. it's still a pretty beta program, but somebody in #gentoo
was asking for it, and i was feeling compulsive... there's a bit of naming
confusion which i couldn't sort out from the sf page, so i called it 0.4_pre1....

doesn't use a valid autoconf, so using some sed lines to hack the Makefile to do
what i think we want done, including CFLAGS... you may critique at will.

Untouched upstream since the pre version released in January 2000. 
You don't really want to commit this, do you? ;)
