freebsd-lib throws an error when installing CSU component due ${DESTDIR}/usr/lib doesn't exist. When it reaches the error the installation process ends.

Propossed patch.

It makes by hand the directory in "realinstall" target in the Makefile.

Thanks for the patch, committed one with a slight change (use ${LIBDIR} as used in the install command line).
